I still remember the first camera I ever owned that was really mine… I was about 12 years old and thought I was pretty awesome! I took pictures of everything – my dog, my friends, plants, animals, and anything else I could find through my camera lens. At that time, I’m sure no one thought that it would go anywhere, but here I am over 10 years later still holding a camera in my hand!
I photographed my first family session in the fall of 2007, and haven’t been able to make myself stop since. I absolutely love photographing people (children, adults, families, high school seniors, couples… everyone)!!! To me, there is such beauty in the simple, sweet moments of life – a laugh, a kiss, a whisper, a glance – and I love being able to capture those moments and hold them still for years to come.
