I so enjoyed photographing this handsome boy and capturing his itty-bitty self (before he started growing like crazy). I have known his family for a couple of years through church and got to see how excited they were while waiting for Grayson’s arrival in February. His brother and sister could not have been happier about having a baby brother, and are so sweet with him. This is definitely one greatly loved little boy!
I thought it only right to launch my new logo and new look by celebrating an absolutely lovely young lady who graduated from Rice University on Saturday. MP and I actually went to high school together (back in the day!) and I was so excited to reconnect with her and hear about all the awesome things that she has planned as she steps into this new season in her life! MP, I had such a great time getting to know you better during your session… Good luck with all that you are going to do!
My mom has always been pretty much the sweetest lady I have ever known. Sometimes towards me, but always towards other people. (That was a joke mom!) But in all seriousness, she has always taken people under her wing, befriended them, and helped them in any way that was humanly possible.
That is how I know this sweet lady, Mitsuru. She and my mom became good friends a couple years ago, and Mitsuru quickly became part of our family. Even though she lives on the other side of the planet, she holds a very special place in all of our hearts. I was so excited to get to take pictures of her the last time we got to see her. And, even though it took me a long time to get these pictures posted, I think it was worth the wait.
She was really nervous about being in front of the camera, but I have no clue why, because she is gorgeous! Mitsuru, just in case the doctor saving lives thing doesn’t work out, I think you have a future in modeling! I love you sweet lady!
At the beginning of the year, I photographed a very precious baby girl. Bella is my cousin’s daughter, and the first girl born into my family in the last 24 years (since me!). I was so excited to photograph this sweet girl because it was really a big deal to me! And, I must say, I feel great about this shoot!
